A focused library of materials, picked for the parts we actually run.
Browse by process. We've kept the list curated — the alloys, plastics, and resins our team recommends most often, with the practical notes that help you choose between them.
Pick the process first
Geometry, volume, and tolerance drive process choice more than material does. Talk to us if you're not sure whether a part wants CNC, casting, or printing.
"Best Available"
When you select a Best Available grade, we ship whichever in-spec stock is on hand. Cheaper, faster, and right for most parts where the exact subgrade doesn't matter.
Tolerance
CNC defaults to ±0.005". Sheet metal to ±0.010". Cast and printed parts run looser — call out only the dims that matter and tighter tolerances stay affordable.
Finishes
Most CNC and sheet parts ship as-machined. Anodize, powder coat, plating, and bead blast are all available — note the spec on your drawing or in the quote request.
Not sure which material fits your part?
Send us a STEP file and a sentence about how the part is used. We'll come back with a recommended process, material, and an honest read on tolerance and lead time — usually same business day.
